I don't have a widescreen HDTV, but if I did, I would still try connecting
the DVI output.
The best way would be to add custom display modes of 1280x720 and 1920x1080
(native HDTV resolutions) and try it with those at a refresh rate of 60Hz.
You can add custom resolutions in the control panel of the series 50
drivers or by manually editing the nv_modes entry in the registry for
other versions if you've got some time and the compressed modes reference
You could also look for a VGA->component video converter if DVI doesn't pan
out. I know ATI makes one for its cards and I thought I saw Microcenter
selling a generic one that works with all cards.
